We deliver projects in Katowice and throughout Silesia — Gliwice, Tychy, Chorzów, Sosnowiec, Zabrze, Siemianowice Śląskie and surroundings. For larger investments we also work outside the region.
Five stages: (1) free consultation and site visit, (2) concept design with 3D visualizations, (3) quote and schedule with material cost estimate, (4) execution with one project manager and our own teams, (5) handover with 5-year warranty. The whole process — from first contact to keys — takes 12–20 weeks.
Yes — full renovations of secondary-market apartments is our second specialty alongside developer-state finishing. We replace installations, prepare walls, lay new floors, finish bathrooms and kitchens. Experience covers prewar buildings, 1960s–90s blocks and new investments.
